Generally in therapy we explore your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and relationships. Not only will we identify problematic patterns that may have developed over a lifetime, we will build upon characteristics of resilience and strength as well. When guided by a well-trained, ethical and compassionate therapist what is learned can be applied to today's problems.
I began to practice in Massachusetts through the Harvard Medical School system at McLean Hospital. Since moving to Rochester with my family, I've continued to develop and learn through Rochester Regional Health's mental health and addiction treatment systems.
